You can even put the lot on reserve and work with our team before you buy to ensure that it will meet your needs, wants and budget.It starts with ideas – your ideas, which are brought to life through sketches or what is known as conceptual design, so that you can see exactly how it will look in the end. All our designs benefit from the mountain modern theme that makes Antler Ridge such a desired and unique development. Our team is intimately familiar with each site and will ensure that each design is specifically tuned to take maximum advantage of lake and mountain views.

When you purchase a lot at Antler Ridge, you’ll work directly with owner, developer and retired architect Wade Gibbs. With over 35 years of design experience, Wade can help make your dream a reality. Calling Invermere his second home for the past 25 years, Wade can also answer questions you might have about outdoor activities and life in the Columbia Valley.

During the conceptual design phase, you can expect to meet with us in person, followed by emails or phone calls. Conceptual design brings your ideas to life and it gives your home builder a better idea of what you want. The builder, in turn, can provide more accurate pricing.Not sure where to begin? Living at Antler Ridge

Antler Ridge is one of the only neighbourhoods in the area that provides a commanding lake and mountain view from each lot. Discovered in 2004, the land has developed into what will become one of the Columbia Valley’s most beautiful neighbourhoods.
All lots at Antler Ridge are fee simple, meaning there’s no strata fee or homeowner’s association. No one can tell you what to do with your property or hand you a bill for unexpected neighbourhood costs. If you want to have a fence installed, you can.

All neighbourhood infrastructure, including the roads, curbs and storm water system, are complete and are the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport. All lots are fully serviced with water and sewer provided by the Regional District of East Kootenay.

Antler Ridge is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic and little noise. It’s an escape from city life, a rural setting without all the maintenance.
